We take pride in looking after the individual needs of our customers, offering tailor made work-out regimes to suit your individual requirements, lessons and dietary advice all free of charge (For Members & By Appointment Only).

Mr Fred Chadwick has over 35 years experience in the fitness industry, having competed and won in many Bodybuilding competitions across the country and in Europe. He stays up to date with new nutritional supplements and will always offer truthful advice as to the quality or effectiveness of a product.

Membership Fees Casual Workout £3.70 Monthly £25.00 3 Months £65.00 6 Months £120.00 12 Months £200.00   PLEASE NOTE : At F.Y Gym there is no minimum sign up term – we do NOT bind you to a contract, so you are free to choose which months YOU want to pay for. Monthly memberships run from the 1st of the month till the end of the month.
